Terms & conditions

Below, we have mentioned some of our terms and conditions for vehicle rental in Kathmandu:

You can make reservations by contacting us or through our website.
You can also visit our office to rent a vehicle.
Last-minute bookings are accepted if the vehicle and driver are available.
Advance booking is required for vehicle confirmation.
We need a travel date, duration, group size, and destination.
The rental agreement is only extendable if we do not have any advance bookings for the same vehicle.
Additional charges are applied if the client fails to return the vehicle on time.
Our vehicles do not come with fuel.
The driver's basic salary is covered in our package, but clients have to take care of their food, accommodation, and tips.
We do not provide a self-driving vehicle.
The driver's working time is 8 hours a day. You can pay extra money for overtime.
Clients are not allowed to use the vehicle for illegal activities, drive outside of the agreed location, or transport heavy goods that may damage the vehicle.
In case of damage caused by clients, they must inform us immediately and pay any repair expenses that go beyond our insurance limits.
We provide a flexible cancellation policy and up to a full refund depending on the cancellation date.
Full payment is required before rental, unless otherwise agreed.
